March 17th, 2008 storm watching!

Hi everyone!

It looks like the weather is setting up to be interesting this evening over central and south central TX. It is warm and very humid outside, with a strong southeasterly wind. According to weathertap.com radar, storms are beginning to break through the atmospheric cap. They quickly turn severe, and then just as quickly disappear! The more storms that break through, the weaker the cap gets, so eventually we are supposed to have a squall line developing.

The moderate risk area was extended over our area at 4:30pm today. We'll see what happens!
